• FLOORING RULES: There are rules pertaining to 2nd floor units. Carpeting must not be replaced with any hard surface including tile, marble, vinyl, or hardwood floor.  This is due to the noise that can be transmitted to the lower floor if a hard surface floor is installed.

• FRONT DOOR RULES: The front door must be a 36" x 80" 6 Panel Steel Slab door (View one at Home Depot). The door will need to be painted Dark Brown color from Sherwin Williams Paint Formula as Shown Here (oil based is recommended).

• NEW WINDOW RULES: New windows must use a Single or Double hung white Vinyl replacement window. Screens are required in the lower section only. They must have the same white decorative grid in the top pane of glass that matches same grid pattern.
