Only patio furniture and potted plants may be placed on your deck. No Gas grills. No bicycles. Do not hang towels or rugs on the deck rail. No drapes, blinds, screens, or covers may be hung above or behind the rail for any reason. Potted plants are the only items that may be hung above the rails or placed on the rails securely.
